Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies when you visit the V2Ray Resource Hub, read its materials, or download a client through links on this site. Review the information below before installing software or changing network settings. It defines the scope of our services and your responsibilities; it does not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, or affect any rights you have under the law.

1. Scope of Services

The V2Ray Resource Hub is a V2Ray official website offering setup guides and download links, with resources on installing v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG, managing subscriptions, and configuring routing and DNS. This information is intended to help users understand client features; it is not a promise of support for your specific network setup or professional advice.

Client download links and tutorials do not include server services. Installing a client does not provide working nodes, a subscription, or guaranteed network access. Server settings, subscription validity, and service quality are determined by the relevant provider. Fees, accounts, and service obligations involving third parties are governed by the agreement between you and that provider.

2. Software and Configuration Risks

Choose a client based on your device’s operating system, processor architecture, and needs. You are responsible for deciding whether installing, updating, or configuring software is appropriate for your setup. Software performance may depend on system permissions, security policies, other network tools, or server configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or network.

Enabling a system proxy or TUN mode, changing DNS settings, or allowing LAN connections may affect how app traffic is routed and which devices can access your system. Before making changes, save your existing settings and important configurations, and make sure you know how to restore them. When sharing a proxy, restrict access and do not expose it to untrusted devices. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for losses caused by user error, inappropriate permissions, or configuration changes you make.

3. Tutorial Accuracy and Version Differences

Our tutorials reflect the client versions available when they were written or revised. Later versions may change menu names, settings locations, supported core features, or default behavior; system permission prompts may also vary by device. As a result, examples may not match the current interface exactly, and some features may not be available in older client versions.

We aim to make our instructions clear and accurate, but cannot guarantee that the information will always be complete, up to date, or suitable for every configuration. Follow the actual interface, software prompts, and your service provider’s settings, and avoid applying configurations that do not fit your setup. If the instructions do not match what you see, review the relevant troubleshooting steps in the Help Center or Getting Started guide, and hold off on changes whose effects you cannot confirm.

5. Lawful Use and Updates

You must comply with the laws that apply where you are, the rules governing your network, and relevant software licenses. Our technical materials do not authorize access to systems without permission, disruption of other people’s networks, or infringement of their rights. Subscription links, account details, and node configurations may contain sensitive information; keep them secure and do not disclose them publicly.

We may revise this disclaimer to reflect changes to our services, software, or applicable rules, and will note the update date on this page. Revisions do not retroactively waive liability for events for which we are legally responsible. For setup instructions, see Getting Started. For connection or configuration issues, consult the Help Center. For information about how personal data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
